The high-pressure forming equipment is specially designed and developed to meet the special needs of the forming process of lightweight and high-strength structural parts of automobiles, and its development trend is large-scale, flexible and intelligent; and the pressure control and hydraulic servo control of the ultra-high pressure device are the core of the development of the forming equipment, and its performance characteristics are as follows:
Each equipment is equipped with two pressurized cylinders with a maximum pressure of 400MPa, which can process complex workpieces with large deformation and high yield strength;
The pressure control accuracy of the booster cylinder is ± 0.5Mpa, which can fully meet the requirements of the pipe forming pressure accuracy;
The resolution of the oil cylinder displacement sensor is 0.001mm, and the accuracy of the side cylinder during actual control is 0.1mm, which can fully meet the requirements of the filling accuracy when the workpiece is formed;
The oil cylinder adopts one-to-one servo control, the fastest speed can reach 110 mm/s, while the traditional servo valve has a small diameter, and the speed is much faster than that of servo valve control at the same cost.

High-speed laser 3D inspection equipment

Laser scanner equipment is a set of equipment that can obtain the three-dimensional topography of the surface of the object. Laser scanning machine can complete the three-dimensional shape scanning measurement of the surface of the object under the condition of automatic movement of the manipulator, so it has the characteristics of high automation, real-time data acquisition, dynamic data acquisition and so on. Generally, it includes servo motor, manipulator and laser scanner as the core components. The laser scanner is fixed by metal and manipulator to achieve the effect of automatic scanning.

Frame milling machine

The equipment adopts high-precision BT50 power spindle and high-precision cross hard rail slide table, the milling pin feed is controlled by German Lux MTXmicro numerical control system and Rexroth original servo motor, and Spanish high-precision grating ruler is used to form closed-loop control of milling volume. The milling pin surface is detected by four Panasonic HG1 series laser displacement sensors, and finally converted into the required beam angle and inclination angle through PLC system. In addition, the supporting automatic lubrication system to fully lubricate the transmission and sliding parts, and comes with an automatic chip removal system to keep the processing area clean and hygienic.
